Happiness Lesson I (How To)

Materials: one person

1. Stand up (if you are already standing, stay as you are; if you cannot stand, remain seated).

2. Lift your right arm straight out in front of you bending the arm at the elbow, place the
index finger of your right hand at the right corner of your mouth.

3. Lift your left arm straight out in front of you bending the arm at the elbow, place the
index finger on your left hand at the left corner of your mouth.

4. Simultaneously, pull both index fingers up towards your eyes.
